Disappointing. Hinckley branch would not process a business payment (to a supplier) despite being presented with the correct card and ID. No interest in even checking the ID regardless of the decision on the transaction.It's hard enough working around the short opening times and distance to the few branches that remain open - let alone the lack of consideration to small businesses that rely on being paid promptly.The only saving grace was the friendly front-of-house staff. It's frustrating that the same can't be said for the other staff who showed no interest in assisting.

Go in and ask what you want - about the Money obviously. Not so busy and I think the Staff know what to do.

Been with them for 2 years now and every time I?ve gone into the branch they have been helpful, professional and polite. Always trying to go above and beyond to help me and their other clients, I?ve always liked this bank due to them always trying to find ways to help you and your money :) Never had any problems with them

It's good that there is an automated paying in machine. It's a bit of a nuisance having reduced opening hours. Not everyone banks online or deals with telephone banking.

Staff in the branch very helpful and tried to resolve my issue.They had to call Lloyds help desk using the branch phone to completely resolve the problem.I was passed through three people in the call centre and left on hold still unable to come to a satisfactory conclusion.I ended up leaving the branch after it was suggested a transfer to a fourth person to try and assist.To be clear ? the staff in branch are very helpful but the support for the branch from head office is very poor and well below standard. The staff within the branch must find working for Lloyds very frustrating.

Very annoying and ridiculous experience. 6 years worth of depositing cheques under one name and today they refuse to accept 6 cheques under that name because it's not the entire and exact name. Apparently it's under their discretion of the branch. Fuming and now want to change banks for the hassle they've caused.

Our local branch. Can get very busy on weekends and sometimes staff levels are not up to the task. Staff themselves are usually very friendly and helpful / professional. Good service in our experience.
