Seem to get things done. However I don't see why they're the only branch in the immediate area (Leicester and Nuneaton) that close so early on weekdays and are closed on Saturdays. Hardly convenient for people who can't make it there in time or at all due to working hours themselves.

Disappointing. Hinckley branch would not process a business payment (to a supplier) despite being presented with the correct card and ID. No interest in even checking the ID regardless of the decision on the transaction.It's hard enough working around the short opening times and distance to the few branches that remain... read full comment

Go in and ask what you want - about the Money obviously. Not so busy and I think the Staff know what to do.
