One item I buy regularly from various different places is always between £4.50 and £5.00
I really needed this item and found my way in to this pharmacy everything in there is so expensive and the item I needed was inflated to a price of £7.50
Won't be recommending or going in there again

A great pharmacy that's got better service since it went independent of the big brand. Being called Hinckley Pharmacy but located in Burbage was a slightly strange idea but the lady explained that there is already a Burbage Pharmacy!

Have just experienced an unbelievable level of pedantry from this pharmacy. They wouldn?t provide the meds as the prescription said capsules and they had tablets instead! So I had to go back to the docs and get the prescription redone and my son was without his meds for several days for no good reason. Several other pharmacists have not had a problem with it saying capsules but them only having tablets. On collection they even made me provide ID even though the prescription isn?t even for me. Unbelievable bunch of jobsworths!

Previously used Well Pharmacy and was let down multiple times, but Hinckley Pharmacy has been nothing but fantastic. Extremely polite and helpful staff - I won't go anywhere else now!

Commented on que jumping despite me waiting my turn. There was 2 Ques. Poor shop layout and it's down to staff to manage the store not customer. Instead of gossiping and talking amongst yourselves just do your job

Can?t remember the woman?s name but she was working behind the counter today, health care advisor. Went to her about an issue with my eye, was in so much pain. She gave me some solution and was so kind and caring towards me! Very helpful thank you :)
