After checking there size chart and even spoken to someone on phone I ordered gloves on next day delivery . Gloves came and they are way too small. These people cant tell difference between elbow and knee, incompetenceat its finest politelysaid ..... So now I have to pay for return and if I want bigger size I would have to pay for 3rd delivery. Staff on phone was laughing....just shows what a bunch of clowns they are. Never ever I am gonna order from this site, went directly to gloves manufacturer and get what it was couple quid cheaper lol AVOID THESE LIKE A PLAGUE !!!!!!!!

This is a SCAM company. They just want to take your money and if there are ANY problems, they will not be interested! The worse customer service i have ever seen. They are not interested once they have your sale! According to consumer rights, they are illegally scamming people with faulty products. BEWARE!!!!

Great customer service, I always order my goal keeper gloves and trousers from Just keepers, accidentally ordered the wrong type of trousers and they refunded me within a day of me sending them back, always picks up the phone and friendly when calling and are happy to help

I have used Justkeepers for many years for both my sons goalkeeper gloves. I buy new gloves every season and this time I decided to treat my younger son of more 'expensive gloves' (they were Reusch soft latex). However, after wearing them for just 5 wears the glove is falling apart (only 7 weeks old including order / delivery etc). Totally understand wear and tear after day 3 months or so. But 5 games, c'mon! I raised this with their customer service and they hid behind their disclaimers and offered no solutions. Im very dissapointed and therefore wouldnt recommend using this company as their customer service is not great.

Ordered late Bank Holiday Monday evening with personalisation on two of my items. They had personalised, processed and dispatched my order by the Tuesday morning and it has just arrived to me today (Wednesday morning) absolutely brilliant turnaround and the products are exactly as I imagined!

Ordered some gloves, to my address which I have done before..They canceled my order, so I ordered again and that got cancelled. I called to find out what was going on, so unhelpful saying I put UK as my address instead of GSY..Never gave me an option and have the photos to prove it was the right address...Will not use them again...Pro direct far better just it was cheaper on just keepers ?
