Do not deserve the one star! Ordered a Christmas Arch via Wowcher but the wrong parts were in the box! Their telephone number does not work so emailed 3 times got no response! Got Wowcher involved which prompted a few emails with silly questions and eventually one part was sent which did not fit, since then nothing!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with as you need to contact them for authorisation to send it back but this is impossible as they do not reply!

Send me a product that was not at all like the picture. Told to send back within 14 days in original packagingQuestioned how that was possible when I had to open it to see the product, they ignored my email. Won't ever use this company again and won't use wowcher either

Ordered a product via wowcher and paid for delivery.Delivery came and gone, nothing! No reply to any emails or the online form and phone lines are down due to COVID which is practically over. However did get response from when I asked for a refund/return via wowcher, stating I can return the product even though, I have not received it.I should of read the Trust Pilot reviews first. 100% avoid at all costs, you will end up out of pocket and no product

Order never turned up after almost 4 week's !! Cant get hold of any one for help ..Even drove down to their whare house in Hinckley but obvousily using a fake address! . After futher invistigation they trade from Barwel and reside in Hinckley...Scam company

I wish i read this reviews before ordering, ordered a 3 piece set suitcase, and i only received 2. I've been back and forth with emails and they keep saying the same thing. I keep being asked if I'm really sure it was 2 suitcases and not 3. Avoid this people. Useless company.

NO STAR FOR THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. BEEN FEW YEARS AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND. THEY SEND AN ITEM THATS FAULTY. I SEND IT BACK. PAY FOR POSTAGE MYSELF. THEY TEST IT AND SAY ITS FINE WE ARE SENDING IT BACK OUT. GUESS WHAT I NEVER RECEIVE IT AND THEY CSNNOT PROVIDE TRACKING OR ANY SHIPPING DETAILS. EVERYONE'S IN ON IT THAT WORKS HERE.

Ordered two items only received one item, have been back an fourth emailing and showing proof to just get the same response that my item was delivered, I have received my second item and they are doing nothing to resolve issue, you can't call them and they takes days to respond to each email! Terrible fraudulent company do not buy from them, they are rubbing there customers and seem to be getting away with it!

Ordered slow cooker on 21st January money taken but still waiting for item?4 emails but no response as to where it is?Disgraceful that you can't talk to them or no response to emails. I just want item or money back.Terrible reviews I wish I had looked at them. Good mind to contact a cknsumer group to report bad customer service. Only ordered because I have had items before. If company read this you are a terribleone. Avoid them if you want decentservice and your items of whuch purchased and bought to turn up.

Ordered an outdoor Christmas decoration via wowcher, received a fake tracking email (tracking number not recognised on actual website). Nothing arrived and no response to my email. Luckily I paid via PayPal so got a refund via wowcher. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I so wished I saw this reviews prior before ordering from these scammers of a company....ordered a product 10th Oct 2022, still not arrived and only one email received by them saying don't recognise order number!!! As others have said, wish I'd read reviews first. Absolutely DIRE. Ordered with"express delivery" on 22nd September for delivery on it before 26th September, tens of emails with them and WOWCHER who are also useless, still nothing and it's 21st October. Got PayPal to intervene. Dreadful
