took some yodel collect plus parcels back today!! talk about rude ignorant staff threw my parcels on the floor one was fragile. What What no it?s pardon you rude ignorant little man!!!!short asian gentleman needs a massive dose of customer service books to read !!!! Thats if he can?

Do not have your packages delivered here! They have you write your name on a bit of paper and then don?t locate your package and try to give you someone else?s with a completely different name! They are then rude and speak to you like you?re thick when you show them POD! The assistants are clearly stealing as I have now spoken to numerous people in regards to the same thing happening to them! I will be taking the matter further. The items were for my children!

Sad little garage, staff were great. Just let down by the location. If I was running on fumes I would have driven to another county. Advise you do too.

No fuel. No Costa no scratchcard, why even open!! Not usually like this I use every day but come on, if you got no fuel at least sell me a coffee!!!
