I went in to the EE Hinckley branch today and was greeted by two teenage shop assistants who clearly didn't want to be there. The girl was very rude and unhelpful and the boy just couldn't give a damn. The service they gave was unacceptable and I will never go into that shop again.

I went in the EE shop in Hinckley and purchased a new iPhone and broadband the assistant that dealt with my purchase was Jade she was very friendly, professional and a credit to the company thank you Jade

Excellent service, I went in to upgrade my phone and was initially served by Klaudia. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and found me an excellent deal. She was also lovely to my two year old son. I was passed on for the final part to Jodie who again was great and definitely knew her stuff. I collected my new phone three days later and Ronaldo guided me through the set up process. The staff at the EE store at Hinckley are amazing and I thoroughly recommend getting your phone from there. Thanks for making my upgrade so easy.

We have been with a rival mobile supplier for 20 plus years. Their service had become unacceptable and we were not respected. After several visits to the EE shop and research with users we decided on EE. On entering the shop to discuss joining EE the staff were not only friendly and efficient but did not pressure sell having respectful conversations on our requirements and accepting them. Having left the store with information on what should happen, when we awaited the switch and it was exactly as advised. The other supplier could learn from this store.

I have been there a few times now.Reception is very friendly. And The gym sauna was clean. Giving 5/5??????????1 Too many spiderwebs in the Building and outside 3/5??????2 I had no milk in my room so I went to the bar ask the lady Can I have some milk please? She said I can but I have to charge you? Dash of milk?? Disappointed 2/5 ???? terrible service ??

Went in to review contract as finished agreement. Sales associate tried to sell me a new iPhone as my wife's is apparently not going to be supported. Turns out the support for wifes phone ends 2025 so she wasn't wrong but she didn't explain the timeline glad I didn't fall for this slightly underhand way of upwselling a phone we didn't want. Agreed to 12 months and I can end my time with EE. Moral of story do your research before agreeing anything

I got my iPhone 15 pro max from this outlet, and the service provided by Jade was excellent. She is extremely friendly and has been super helpful during the entire time while being very very professional. JADE is such a gem. Highly recommended!

I had to go into the EE shop in Hinckley this morning (16/7/2023) with my stepfather, due to him walking out of the same EE shop yesterday(15/7/2023) with a 24 month sim only contract, where he had a PAYG sim.He originally went in yesterday to ask why his quite old Nokia PAYG sim wasn't working as it should.He is 83 years old and is not adversed to today's telecommunications jargon or lingo, and signed the contract not really knowing what he had signed for.The assistant didn?t even print off the signed contract he had gone into.So I went in less than 24 hours later to resolve this issue with my stepfather.Explained to the assistant today what had occurred yesterday, and I stated he would be happy to cancel the contract he was signed up to yesterday to go onto a PAYG sim(which he was previously on).All she could do was to contact returns department to see what they could do, she came back and stated that the returns department will not budge.So my stepfather is now signed up to a 24 month contract that he didn't initially go in for just some help with his PAYG sim.All the assistants are of a young age and I don't think they and have any empathy for the elderly Customer that doesn't know all the jargon or lingo of today's technology.DISGUSTED WITH NO FLEXIBILITY WITH EE.My next move is a well drafted email to Chris Baines who is the Head of complaints department.
