The pizzas here are generally good, and I?ve enjoyed them in the past, but my most recent experience left much to be desired. On one of the days, the cheese on my pizza seemed off, which was surprising and unusual for this establishment. It lacked the consistency and flavor I?ve come to expect, leaving me wondering if it was an issue with freshness or preparation that day. The texture just didn?t feel right, and it somewhat detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal.
Another significant issue was with the app's order tracking system. The status updates were exceedingly slow, taking a full 20 minutes to progress through each stage from preparation to collection. By the time I arrived at the store, the pizza had already been sitting out for a while, which resulted in it being cold. This was particularly disappointing, as I had relied on the app to give me an accurate timeline. The delay in updates not only caused inconvenience but also negatively affected the quality of the food.
While the pizzas are typically enjoyable, these inconsistencies in both the food quality and the ordering process have made me hesitate about returning. A more reliable app system and consistent attention to detail in food preparation would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

Place was heaving due to an event in town. Food was a little cold. Most was nice but pizza was disappointing, very little sauce in the double decadence

Tried to order a yummy texas BBQ pizza with one change (vegan cheese to replace standard cheese) clearly stated that I was not vegan, I just don't like standard cheese. Was told - NO, we can't do that for safeguarding reasons. Not sure how they thought I was going to neglect or abuse myself with said vegan cheese/non vegan base, but am entirely annoyed that I (1) asked to speak to the manager, waited an age and then they hung up on me (2) didn't get my pizza. Manager clearly doesn't know what he's on about. *purchased pizza with vegan cheese from dominoes Earl Shilton. thank you ?

Ordered extra cheese.
But put very little cheese in the middle.

I tried Domino's "Absolute Banger" pizza, and it was packed with a variety of flavorful sausages. The service is always brilliant and enjoying this pizza on a warm, sunny day made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place

I ordered a make your own pizza, pepperoni and ham, after placing the order I called to ask if they could do half half, to which the lady on the phone said no. How difficult could it be to split the stupid pizza in half pepperoni and other half in ham? Too difficult? Needs too much calculations? How retarded a service needs to be not be able to do a simple ask. Ordering from elsewhere next time. By the way, I splitted the pizza when arrived, wasn't easy but I managed.
