Everything is just poor !
And they charged me a whooping 78£ for making calls to enquire on why the order was taking forever to come through. Ridiculous and pathetic!!

Poor customer service accepts money for goods then don?t ship them out and to top it all off have the audacity to lie that they have knowing full well there hasn?t been any correspondence from them or courier. Need to learn to be more honest and retraining in customer service is a must moving forward. Only got the one star so I can leave a review. Wouldn?t use them if they were the only company with the product I wanted. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I ORDERED OVER A WEEK AGO AND PHONED THEM TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER WAS GOING TO BE SENT AFTER SEEING REVIEWS. THEY CHARGED ME £35 FOR 2 CALLS AND THE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED NOW. IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Ps4 came slightly damaged due to no fault of console central ,quick reply and replacement ,all was quick and painless

Order was placed then no movement on the order. Spoke on live chat numerous times also emailed back and forth. Information was requested once they received that information heard nothing back. Then order was cancelled day after with no notification from the company. Money was refunded that's why 1 star.

My son gave me his Christmas money to buy an Xbox and which was accepted by console central. I didn?t hear anything for two weeks i messaged them and they cancelled the order! No reason no communication just cancelled! I will not be using this website again and will be making sure that people I know realise how much I?ve been let down. I have ordered the same product off Amazon! Similar price but confirmation that?s it arriving tomorrow

I've purchased an Xbox x and had zero correspondence at all I've sent emails had zero replies I've phoned they don't answer my calls, very annoyed and disappointed to say the least, next step is a refund if I don't get an answer to my queries, way over a week and had nothing from yous!!!!!!

Not the best of customer service I've experienced, Phone never works, Just rings then just ends and no reply to emails. But had my refund so maybe just a bad experience or maybe they just to busy to answer customers.
But for the time being I wont be rushing to order from them again.

Excellent service, I bought a pre owned Xbox off these guys and you couldn?t even tell it?s had a previous owner, it looks brand new! everything was packed safely and cautiously to avoid any damage and delivery was within a week of buying, will definitely return for any console needs, thank you guys

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and failure to deliver an item that I purchased from your store. Despite multiple attempts to reach you via phone and email, I have not received any response.
During our last conversation, you assured me that the purchased item was ready to be shipped and that I would receive a tracking code. However, I have yet to receive the tracking code or the item itself.
This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. I request that you provide me with an immediate update on the status of my order, including the tracking information. If I do not receive a response within [specify a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 7 days], I will be forced to take further action, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies and considering a chargeback through my credit card provider.

Second to none, outstanding service!!!From start to finish this was an amazing experience and I'm so happy I found these guys!Dropped off my broken PS 4, with no expectations after it being out of use for 2 years. Fully expected to receive it months after having dropped it in before Xmas, a busy period in anyone's diary, and to my suprise, within a week, I had a call and it was ready to collect!Amazing service!I was unaware of the other services that Console Central offer, but now I've found them, they have a customer for life!Special thankyou to AshGreat company!
