Ordered from just eat 3 items, one item turns up. Not sure who works at coop but how can you mess up an order ? When you buy a service you expect to be spot on not missing items.

Rude manager. Bianca? Whatever her name was. Charged me twice, said my card ?declined? the first time, naturally just paid again without questioning it, after leaving the store and checking my account I noticed the money had actually left my account twice leaving me £90 out of pocket in total so not exactly a couple of quid. Refused to refund just stood behind her till with a miserable face saying call the bank it?s with them now. I will not shop here again and neither will any of my family, we will use sainsburys around the corner instead. The staff are much friendlier and approachable. As somebody who works in retail and has worked a manager role, I think you need to consider your store managers role for her as it?s clearly not the right position for somebody with zero people skills. The poor staff that are managed under her, they?re always miserable too and that?s probably why.

Absolutely wonderful and friendly Staff. Nikki, Ann and the team gave me with the best congratulations for my recent achievements and wished me well on my future endeavours which meant a lot to me and this uphold them to a highest standard of quality customer service and experience I have never witnessed before. The store is a true cornerstone of our community and has remained a mainstay to all of us throughout the pandemic thank you very much.
