Don't like this shop in Hinckley. The staff are unhelpful. I complained about pair sandals I purchased The metallic paint chipped of the heel on sandal after one wear. I was told by the manager......we don't have metallic cows. What a cheek!! So haven't been back since. I go to Fosse Park were I get a better... read full comment

Had a great experience with my 5 year-old in the store yesterday! The lady who helped (who I assume is the manager) was lovely and went over and above to find my daughter a pair of school shoes and I ended up buying a lovely pair of boots for myself too. Great customer service and the store looked great - refreshingly neat... read full comment
