Helium filled birthday ballon lasted 3 hours before becoming half deflated looking awful, then after 5 hours was on the ground. Why offer a service if you?re not going to do it properly. Pathetic.

GOT A HEL IUM FILLED BALLOON FOR MY DADS BIRTHDAY 2 DAYS AGO FROM CARD FACTORY IN HINCKLEY. THE BALLOON IS NOW ON THE FLOOR. VERY POOR SERVICE. THE LADY IN THE SHOP DIDNT WANT TO SERVE ME THE SHOP WAS EMPTY. WONT BE GOING THIS PLACE AGAIN

Brilliant service from Bobby in the Hinckley store very helpful & friendly, took time to suggest great ideas for my grandchildrens 15th Birthday.
I have shopped here for years & find all the staff helpful, great bunch of people work here highly recommend this place.

Great service from Sue at the Hinckley Card Factory. She was attentive and provided a quick service. This is much appreciated as I only had a short period time due to being on a work break.

Needed a couple of birthday cards for just after Xmas. Due to the lockdown I expected the shop to be busy - my instincts were spot on. Fearing problems of overcrowding I approached the entrance. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes it was busy but I was met by a strict covid aware shop limiting shoppers and people in the narrow isles. I was advised where the cards I needed were and entered the store. I felt safe and obtained what I needed quickly with reassuring smiles from the helpful staff.

I was so disappointed when I visited the Hinckley store yesterday. Blatant disregard for social distancing. In a small shop like this the responsibility lies with them to enable shoppers to keep a distance. There was no attempt in this shop. The aisle is so tight that under the current government guidelines there shouldn?t be more than a couple of people in the space at once, however there was at least 6 customers crowded closely AND a member of staff restocking the shelves with the drawers open making it very difficult to pass without almost touching another person. No attempt from staff to clear the area, no one way system, markings on the floor (not that I could see through the shoppers) or limit on numbers. At the till the cashier was talking to 2 people who were not customers, they were not purchasing but making it very difficult for customers to get in and out of the shop at a safe distance or even get to the card machine to pay. It?s examples like this that have led to another national lockdown. It?s in the interest of the business, their staff and their customers to put measures in place to allow people to be safe. I hope you will consider this when you can reopen again.
