Helium filled birthday ballon lasted 3 hours before becoming half deflated looking awful, then after 5 hours was on the ground. Why offer a service if you’re not going to do it properly. Pathetic.

GOT A HEL IUM FILLED BALLOON FOR MY DADS BIRTHDAY 2 DAYS AGO FROM CARD FACTORY IN HINCKLEY. THE BALLOON IS NOW ON THE FLOOR. VERY POOR SERVICE. THE LADY IN THE SHOP DIDNT WANT TO SERVE ME THE SHOP WAS EMPTY. WONT BE GOING THIS PLACE AGAIN

Brilliant service from Bobby in the Hinckley store very helpful & friendly, took time to suggest great ideas for my grandchildrens 15th Birthday. I have shopped here for years & find all the staff helpful, great bunch of people work here highly recommend this place.
