Crying out for better shops . knock it all down and start again...2 main shops do not make a great shopping experience Boots, and Peacocks. With New look not in the britannia centre with access in castle street.

It use to be great place for quick shopping but right now not much left inside. Only boots , gregs and peackock are worth to go. Parking is bit tight as well

I lived in Hinckley many years ago, it's changed alot, and now Wilkos is closing, there's a couple of good shops and a few empty shops, could be better.

Gutted... Re. Wilkinson! This outlet kept the Britannia Centre alive along with Gregg's. Watch this space to follow the future of the Centre.All the space would lend it's self to food outlets & entertainment, for the young. . .

Nice, airy, bright and clean shopping centre. Good atmosphere in here and some useful shops. Very clean and tidy and obviously cared for. There is comfortable seating available on which weary shoppers can rest or have a catch up with friends. Very convenient for the car park which is attached and where free to use public toilets are available. The centre is definitely an asset to the town. Update: 11.02.23 - still excellent. Update 21.08.23-Wilko may have to close down as the company have gone into administration...very sad.

It's ok, not much in here tbh, peacocks, maxisaver, few other shops plus a very nice Gregg's with very friendly staff, delicious bakes and coffee and lots of indoor seating - which is why I visit ?

Small local shopping centre with Greggs, Boots, Peacocks and some independent stores. Wilko's will leave a big gap if it closes. Parking in the multi story behind has some poor reviews.

Over half the shops have closed down here now which is very sad, especially if Wilko's shut down so not much variety now.
