I only ordered 1 box of fags which I normally do however on several occasions they send out the wrong box. Craig offered to drive down but after 3pm however I needed to be out. I drove down expecting a change of fags. However craig gave me 2 boxes of my chosen fags a box of lindt and bottle of processo. What a darling! The service I received I was not expecting but honestly im so chuffed that customer services does exist. I'll forget past mistakes for sure.
