Staff are nice. The ribeye steak I had was tough. More like a bad rump. For £19 I expected better. The rest of the food was nice. But for a good steak stay clear.

We were staying at the Premier Inn & after travelling down from Scotland for a family funeral, was dissapointed that we were unable to have a meal, restaurant stopped serving at 6pm
After finding somewhere else for an evening meal, returned 8.45pm for drinks only to be informed last orders 9pm & close at 9.15.
We did have breakfast & not great, toaster not working & breakfast dissapointing
We did have a meal the 2nd night staying in hotel & was ok & what we expected

We have been to the Fox Pond for the last two Sunday. We find the staff are always welcoming. The food is of good standard. I used the App on the last visit to order drinks, which were delivered by Josh within 2 minutes of the order. Great friendly guy.

Vegi carvery was delicious. Perfectly cooked, served hot and very tasty. Also enjoyed a selection of starters - garlic mushrooms and halloumi fries - very nice. Very pleasant afternoon. Not rushed in anyway, relaxed atmosphere. Best part of all though was the fantastic staff. Friendly, welcoming and genuinely nice.

Two visits on a Sunday evening at 7.30pm, one tonight the other a fortnight ago. One chef and very few staff so unable to accommodate one person. Not the staff member's fault who I dealt with. Yes there was a group in but the place wasn't packed. Will not be visiting again.
