Went to Chandler's in Grantham on 22-2-24 and spent over £100 pounds The assistant put the goods into a bag for us but when we got home we found the electronic tags still on the socks..As we live 12 miles away my daughter rang the store and said as we have the receipt could they send replacement socks and we would send the tagged ones back with a copy of our till receipt the answer was NO and the phone was put down, we now have socks we can't wear and its not our fault all the assistant said was she would get into trouble if she did that Could you please rectify this matter Thank you. Lovely shop and a great selection for horse owners, staff are so helpful and happy to order in stock if needed and keep you up to date on phone, been able to get lots of advice here, have you ever considered doing a loyalty scheme? Would be a hit I think

We called in to your Grantham Belton shop with our Rottweiler dog Millie, we were greeted at the door by a lovely lady who had her own Rottweiler at home, she was very friendly and helpful, she said she works there on Sundays, this lady is a credit to your company.thank you.

We were visiting the area from around a 2 hour drive away so thought we would pop in. Parking was free and easy. They stock a great range of brands and items for equestrian with great display areas. We were looking for another Birthday present for one of our dogs and got a great rope toy ( he usually destroys most things within the hour but still going strong ) and for just above £4 it is great value too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If we end up moving to the area Chandlers would certainly be able to provide everything we need for our animals.

Overall it?s a well stocked shop with competitive prices and due to our needs, we visit regularly for our poultry however customer service is let down by staff dropping their manners with indifference, apathy and at times general bad manners.Note to staff: if a customer is waiting at the counter to pay please stop chatting to your friends, texting on your phone or showing anyone who is interested, your photos on your phone and serve the customer. It makes a poor impression.Or maybe I expect too much and should accept bad service?
