Got my transit van mot.\\nGreat price. £10 cheaper than halfords.\\nVery helpful friendly staff.\\nVan failed but that means the guy done a good job.\\nVery busy centre which means they are good at what they do.\\nGive them a try.

We had our car last MOT and full serviced here. We were charged lots of money but the car wasn?t fixed properly, we had to go back quite a few times, and had so many problems. 10 months later, they still have not fixed our tail light. So irresponsible!! We would never use them again or recommend anyone! ( re: I have Mini Cooper, photo attached)

Never going there again after being shouted at by ASH! I took my car in for an MOT, which was fine. My car was blocked in by two cars, one of which the tyre was being changed. A staff member was sitting in the my car facing the blocking car during this. After waiting approx 15-20mins, the car waiting for a tyre was fixed. But the mechanic carried on working on the car checking the tyre pressures. I asked him, if he would mind moving the car before carrying on, so my car can be moved and I can leave. The amount of abuse/shouting I received was unbelievable. Telling me I had been there less than 5 mins and to wait. Again I asked if he could just move the car, so I can leave with my 2 girls! He shouted at me telling me to wait. Other staff members were telling him to stop shouting, but he carried on. The owner of the car, got in and moved it the all of 3ft so I could leave.I asked to speak to the manager - No manager on site. Another staff member said he was wrong, and he will apologise on his behalf.NEVER AGAIN - RUDE STAFFBy the way, after getting in the car it showed 14 minutes running. So was I waiting less than 5 minutes no!No-one even explained why I had to wait, but I could see for myself. Maybe if ASH learnt some manners, he could have simply have said. I will just be a couple of more minutes, sorry to keep you waiting! Or of course, I didn't realise it was your car waiting to be moved.

From calling head office talking to a staff member called Cliff who was really helpful to the local garage manager called Ray. Repaired my gearbox and replaced my clutch. Was updated as and when news was available. The only down side was a clonking from underneath and some sub frame bolts were over looked and left loose but would certainly recommend. Thanks for turning it around quickly great service.
