Visited the store on Tuesday and met a nice gentleman name George who help me packed my shopping while also dealing with my home delivery as it was the 1st time doing it. I was so nervous but he was so kind and put my address into the system for me and arranged a convenient time for my shopping to be delivered. Thanks you so much George for being patient with me will I was in a total panic. You gave me 5* service, your amazing.

Discussed with the treatment I have received from Enfield iceland no communication I did an online order from the 2nd of June to the 5th of June and been lied to by customer service and managers of the store I will not be using online delivery or that store ever again.

Don?t ever expect online deliveries to arrive without a hassle from this store. 2 orders in a row they have messed up. I won?t be using Iceland again

I go here a couple of times of the week. It's clean and organised most of the time. What sometimes annoys me is the amount of litter left on the ground when stacking. (It's a trip hazard.)I've never seen more than one till open here. Why not? Why do I need to wait for you?Some ladies at the till look like they could not be less interested in being there. There is one young lady who even browses her mobile while working. How is that acceptable?Lads on the till are always polite, though. Every single one of them. Thank you, lads!

I ordered a delivery for Saturday between 5pm and 7pm I still hadn?t received my delivery by Monday morning was told all sorts of lies regarding it and now have to wait between 3 and 5 days for a refund. I don?t know how they get away with treating their customer like this it?s totally unacceptable behaviour !!

I love Iceland but at the moment im finding they're always running out of certain items and I've been trying to find them in other Iceland stores and it's the same problem it's really frustrating if they're not selling certain items anymore they should let customers know
