Rang up at 8am and you had the option of holding or getting a callback. Someone actually answered in under 10 minutes and gave me an appointment without the third degree. All the staff I've seen there so far have been really great. You can book 'normal' appointments for the future too. I've moved from a terrible practice... read full comment
