For such a tiny village this shop is like Doctor Who's Tardis (bigger on the inside). Went in today to check it out as I moved nearby. The shop MUCH BIGGER than it looks from the outside. Everything from pet food, to stationary, and frozen goods, to medical supplies. It has it all. Everything seems decently priced, and staff are kind and welcoming. Highly recommend for those living around Thornton.

Excellent small village shop. Stocks all the essentials and more. Fresh made cobs to order and hot drinks available ideal for a picnic by Thornton reservoir. Very clean and tidy shop with friendly, helpful staff.
