Rubbish branch - often operated by a few young women who look like they couldn't care less about their customers or life in general, so slow too even when you're the only one in there. Use the branch in Coalville square instead.

Absolutely dreadful. Hardly any choice of bread, no ice for drinks, overheated - so filling made bread weak - and the whole thing collapsed, making it very difficult to eat. Presentation and packaging looked like it was done by a 2-year-old wrapping a present for their parents. Never ever again.

Absolutely diabolical, DONT ORDER FROM HERE, £30 for meal deals and it looks like a child prepared it. Half of it was wrong?. All of it was like proper cold, presentation shocking. Tastes awful, never again.

This subway is VERY convenient
It's location is amazing, the service is spectacular, short queue, and the food is just good.
Only complaint is that it's inside of Spar which is quite an expensive store.

I come here a couple of times a week. Some staff are great and really friendly. Some don't really like to chat, unfortunately. Food is always fresh and made to order. They are always busy.
Parking: Yes plenty of parking due to it being connected to spar

I order a sub to be delivered, no problems there, but also ordered a sugar donut, that didn’t arrive it was a muffin with goodness knows what drizzled over it. I don’t eat dairy foods and have no idea what this muffin is made up of. If I asked for the donut, it’s because I wanted that, it’s clearly stated on the receipt and charged for. You have contact numbers, call the customer to let us know if something isn’t available, don’t just guess and put whatever in the order, I’d rather have the refund than something I won’t eat !!

Ordered a sub delivered. Asked for it to be toasted, clearly stated on top of receipt attached to the order. Not toasted on arrival and the meat hadn't even been microwaved, stone cold. Why would I want to eat this?Tried to call store - phone number listed online and on the Subway website states "You've dialled an incorrect number".Absolute jokers.

Consistently get the bread order wrong. Order 9 grain wheat and last 3 times now have been sent Seeded bread. Beginning to think they can not tell the difference between the two.
