Really disappointing sub. Lots of missing ingredients were missing. Guy who served was very nice and apologetic. Sub was very bland.

Rubbish branch - often operated by a few young women who look like they couldn't care less about their customers or life in general, so slow too even when you're the only one in there. Use the branch in Coalville square instead.

Absolutely dreadful. Hardly any choice of bread, no ice for drinks, overheated - so filling made bread weak - and the whole thing collapsed, making it very difficult to eat. Presentation and packaging looked like it was done by a 2-year-old wrapping a present for their parents. Never ever again.
