Lovely experience. Staff were kind and helpful and the lady testing my eyes was very informative and didn?t push any offers on me (unlike in past stores). I had my eyes tested and because little alteration in my vision didn?t need to buy anything else.
Such a lovely store. Very recommended.

Made an appointment online where I had to fill out my address 3 times, this morning someone calls me for my address! Also wanted sensitive information which I do not want to give and don?t have to. I only wanted to buy some glasses! Then Reading reviews they are telling pensioners to get in touch on social media! For Gawds sake not everyone is on or cares about Facebook, instagram or stupid twitter! I will make do with my old glasses

I've been A customer of specsavers for several years now, however I visited a week ago following an eye issue and now have to say I don't think my eyes were tested correctly and the test felt rather rushed.
I went to VE for an advanced test and had a very thorough examination where they also determined I needed a prism in my prescription, they also determined I had dry eyes. They also did eye pressure and field of vision testing.
Unfortunately I have to say I'm glad I didn't purchase any glasses from specsavers as they would have been wrong for me. It's a shame as the gentleman who I've seen previously was always very detailed. Perhaps this was just a change in the optometrist, but I'm unlikely to return.
