Large pet superstore with groomer and vets.
The vet team are lovely folk and nothing is too much trouble. The vet and groomers are on the 1st floor. A small lift is available to avoid the stairs. Plentiful parking. Recommended.

Visited this store yesterday to grab essentials for our new puppy. We needed some advice, so we approached this lovely lady called Debbie who was extremely helpful, kind, and caring. She took the time to go over all of our options for grooming kits and bathing equipment. We could not of asked for a better experience in store. Also, another member of staff, Nathan, was also amazing and friendly, by helping us find the food isle as we're not local to store and went in completely new and lost. Thank you guys!

Bad service and bad care. Not only did they nearly seriously hurt my pet they then tried to
over charge me for it. Then when I said I am not going to pay as it wasn?t owed they then got debt collection agency which harassed me relentlessly! Stay well clear of this vets!!! You have been warned??.!!!!

I went in to buy a fish needing to say that I never got sold one as was told my tank was not big enough and some rubbish about temperature I have kept fish for a long time so what absolute rubbish I will not be returning very disappointed

Hi came in for fish today as I have seven tanks in my house and I've had fish for 30years and more, so I don't think asking me what the temperature of my tank has any think to do with buying fish.as he was asking me questions he kept going out the back to ask someone else. Not happy will not be going there again. Ashby where very good and helpful and I got my fish ?
