“I went in to find a harness for my dog, but it was a minefield for me and I was not sure which one was suitable for my dog. A very nice young lady by the name of Jess came and helped me. She was polite, very good with my dog and very knowledgeable, she tried different ones on my dog, showed us how to put them on securely and listened to what we needed. After leaving the shop with the harness on I felt confident that my dog would not slip it like he did his last one.we walked for 3 miles this afternoon and he we had one happy dog and owner.”
