Until 2 years ago I had always spoken highly of this branch. Sadly since this branch changed its manager, the overall service has significantly diminished with staff lacking the ability to address even the simplest of requests. They have also fallen far short of GDPR compliance multiple times with data requests not being dealt with in a timely manner nor account queries being acknowledged. Staff are not respectful and as a customer having previously experienced excellent service under previous management, it is frustrating and infuriating to now experience a less than basic level of service in what used to be a lovely branch. Waiting twelve months to have queries addressed is really not acceptable nor is erasing data to conceal poor levels of customer service. I'll be closing my account as soon as my complaints to the Ombudsman and the ICO have been dealt with.

Amazing staff they really are. I went into branch yesterday, to finalise things for a house purchase. The staff from start to finish were so helpful. Actually seeing someone was very prompt and I was out of there in no time. I was so impressed with the knowledge and checks too, things I had not even thought about. I felt they really did care and value me as a customer. A special shout out to Jayne too thanks so much.

Staff are so helpful. You can telephone branch direct. Counter staff and individual staff to help you. Inside and outside ATM. Easy access.

Totally unacceptable to have cashier roll her eyes at me this morning when I went in with a query.there were 2 queues and I had been waiting a long time queue system not clear .was made to feel I had jumped the queue which is something I would never do.
