I?ve been twice, just about to be three times. The ladies are so hard working, they just don?t stop! They?re skilled, patient, kind, helpful and they care about their clients. I had to cancel my last appointment as I had food poisoning and they were so kind, wishing me a speedy recovery etc. I?ve recommended to my daughter (she had a previous bad experience at another salon) and she loves this salon, I?ll happily recommend to anyone this salon.

Just had my nails done friendly, Nice , will have a chat. They also gave my a drink. Love my nails. Gave me a card also and said they will fix my nails if something happens in a couple week time frame.

Loved my nails. The staff are really kind and patient, asked me if I wanted a drink or sweets and put my money in my purse for me so I would mess up the nail polish. Would definitely visit again!

Recently moving to Coalville I needed to find a new nail salon. I loved the look of Nailook from their Instagram and walking past the shop. Brilliant service. The staff are really friendly and my nails are amazing! They even offered free drinks, which I thought was a lovely addition. It is also excellent that you can book appointments.
