Just been completely ripped off. With a manicure and natural gel polish. I just got a file (didn?t ask what shape), cuticle push back and gel. Last time I went took just under an hour. This took 20 minutes. You could tell she didn?t want to do it. Disappointed is an understatement. Especially costing £25. Will never go back again.

First and second time brilliant - 3rd time wasn?t as good BUT they told me to come back which I?ve done today & the nice man that works here has dealt with it. Much better customer service. Will be back as usual now
