Ordered food that took an hour to be delivered. Was delivered 5 minutes after eventually be picked up and it was all stone cold. Restaurant blamed the driver and refused to send more food or a refund. Ordered through the macdonalds app

Despite some of the complaints in other reviews, this was easily one of the best run McDonald's in Leicestershire. Food arrives hot, nothing was missing. (Unlike the one in town) Burgers were well prepared and neat on arrival. No issues thus far

Adcock road mcdonalds is a DISGRACE! get a hold of your delivery please ! i was missing my muffin this morning and the other day my friend was missing her wrap! some may argue the most vital parts of a meal. trying to get hold of customer service was awful and a massive mind boggle! probably will never order again

Standard maccies, used the collection point, manager served me and must absolutely hate his job. Said nothing, no hello, no thankyous, just thrust the food in my window and walked off. He only looked about 14 years old so maybe it was work experience haha!
