My friend and I went to Lloyd's bank Coalville yesterday to register her husbands Power of Attorney and cancel direct debits going out of his account that he no longer needs. They were absolutely brilliant. It was a complicated procedure and took a long time but both the cashier and the manager couldn't have been more helpful and got us through it. We couldn't praise them enough. Would definitely recommend this branch as opposed to his normal branch in Hinckley.

I was treated as a potential suspect at the Coalville branch. Twice. I wanted to pay my builder and also to transfer money to another financial institution. Lloyds denied the transfers and blocked my account on one of these transfers. I had my passport with me. They are abusing their power. They are mental. No way to raise any complaint or to discuss with them. They will not listen. Hopeless. They treat me as a suspect at all time.

Most depressing, slowest costumer service, Saturday morning when most people had day off to sort things and no one really working there? never back again. Prefer drive somewhere instead visit Coalville Lloyds branch.

Don't know why I bank with this firm. Customer service non existent. Rang for an appointment had to go through all the usual stuff then ok transferring you to the right department. We are extremely busy today with a high volume of calls. That old chestnut. Minimum 30 minutes waiting time. This has gone on for months. Time to leave I think

Today being 11-5-24 arrived @12:58 told was closed. Was unable to deposit money into account. It?s advertised to 1pm on Saturday.

Absolutely garbage service went in to transfer money only to be told couldn't as my card had been cancelled and not been told it had been cancelled even though had numerous id went to cash machine and it worked went back and bluntly told carnt do anything when asked what would of happened if abroad was bluntly told tuff should have more cards with them branch currently under investigation

Quite busy and had to queue for 15-20 minutes. Only 2 out of 4 cashiers in operation, although a bank staff member apologised for the wait which was due to staff illness. Everyone was polite and efficient.
