My friend and I went to Lloyd's bank Coalville yesterday to register her husbands Power of Attorney and cancel direct debits going out of his account that he no longer needs. They were absolutely brilliant. It was a complicated procedure and took a long time but both the cashier and the manager couldn't have been more helpful... read full comment
