Called in today for some cat treats. Put them on conveyor where the cashier ( called Sam as I asked before I left) was talking across the aisle to a colleague. Never even made eye contact with me, mumbled do I want a receipt, and carried on talking like I wasn't there. No please, thankyou...nothing. pig ignorant is a compliment. Suggest she gets some customer service training.

I want to start by saying ordinarily I have had very god experiences at Lidl, staff have always been very helpful.
Today I was very disappointed by a member of staff named Keely, who refused to serve me having closed the til. I had been standing in the queue for at least 4 mins prior to her closing it, obviously she hadn?t seen me, but she was extremely rude and basically said I was lying and that I hadn?t been in the queue.
Very kindly, the lady on the til a couple away that had seen me in the queue served me at hers
even though it had just been closed.
Keely?s poor customer service has been very disappointing today.
