Tried to order for delivery confirmed payment with bank went back to complete order and back at the page asking for payment. Tried again same thing. Cancelled order and won't bother again

Food was good,
Bad points: No lugthing on car park, The flor was sticky, Toilets horrible, They dont give tissues everything was dirty, service poor in general very bad .

Food average, wait time 30 mins via drive thru. Wrong order given a further mins to ask for a manager to be absolutely rude and not interested. Staff with no hair/beard nets or gloves. Rubbish all over floor and table, all 3 bins overflowing. No atmosphere, just full of delivery drivers. Reported to environmental as too many breaches to food and hygiene.
Just to top it all, not even an apology.

Went in and received food my partner had a drumstick which was pink inside. When he went to the counter to let them know he was given a very rude remark stating chicken can be pink inside and can be eaten if it?s pink because we have teeth! And proceeded to say even she would eat pink chicken!

Food was awful, ordered 2 x sweet chilli wrap meal, no slaw with it, wrong sauce was supercharger, fries soggy cold and old looking, no flavour, usually go to Ashby de la zouch, won?t be going to Coalville again.it?s convenient fir us but always poor food and dirty environment. Shocking.
