Worst customer service. Food did not arrive after 2 hours. We were told the delivery driver had gone to the wrong address twice. In the end we had to collect the food ourselves. The food was for a Birthday party. They won?t even give a refund.

The driver didn?t read the notes, he was outside my back garden fancing screaming like a mad man he can?t get in.
1 there is no gate for gaining entry, I?m disabled and have No Accessability to the garden
2 I did write on the website to come to the front door where I have a 17ft disabled ramp, I?m the only one with a ramp.
I had to message my neighbour to going around the back to collect my food.
The driver refused point blank to come round the front.
I was talking to him on my ring doorbell camera asking over n over again to please come to the front .. but he still just stood there refusing to move
I?m fuming I shouldn?t have to worry in this day n age about communication .or following instructions
This take away is the ONLY one I have problems with and trust me it will be a long time if I came back IF at all
Who on earth has food delivered to a back door anyway to a back to back disabled Bungalow

Ordered a large plant based veg pizza which said it would be enought for 3-4 people. We had 2 slices only each and the £5 wedges only had 12 wedges in so we were very hungry for spending £27............ shocking. Papa johns next time. Truly a rip off but pizza tasted nice

When you order a Mushroom pizza and get a chicken pizza it?s difficult to understand the mix up.
Then you get a bbq dip when you ordered a Garlic dip.
Rang up and took 3 times for the member of staff to understand a chicken pizza is not suitable for a vegetarian. I think he was confused that vegetarian is also a personal eating preference and a type of pizza.
And waiting for another delivery when everyone has ate was not a viable resolution.
Managed to get the promise of a refund, will wait to see if it materialises.

I must admit coalville dominos went down hill big style I have not ordered from here in years but decided to give it another go a few weeks back and again today. The food was perfect both time, topping where spot on and plenty of them. It was red hot and the delivery drivers both times have been early. Honestly cannot fault it, keep it up it's great to have good pizza again.

We ordered 3 pizzas and delivery was swift however they only delivered 2. I called and they knew they?d made a mistake as soon as they answered, sadly it then took them another 25 minutes to return with the missing pizza. We therefore had to eat separately and no refund was offered. Very poor service I?m afraid.

I called in for a collection and the same lady ( Eleanor ) who took my order made my pizza. She was super nice on the phone and told me about the collection deal which I didn't known about and saved me about 10 quid, so I got a Pepperoni Passion Pizza...and beside it tasted delicious, it was cooked to perfection. I left some for the next day...and it still taste awesome ??
