We went to the Fantasy farm event in the summer and it was a really lovely day. There was lots of activities to keep children occupied. Mazes, dinosaurs, animals and fair ground rides and food. Overall we had a really enjoyable time. My son didn't want to leave! it did help that the weather was good as I wouldnt recommend going in poor weather as it is all outside activities.
We went to the cafe for food after the train ride and when asked if we had a booking we said no as we didn't realise we needed to book. The waitress seemed reluctant to give us a table but eventually did. The food was really nice and I was impressed, however the toilet facilities were poor as they were un checked and the water from the taps didn't work more than a drizzle.
Finding the correct entrance was hard work, having not been before my sat nav took me to an entrance which had a sign saying use another entrance which I struggled to find and feel this could be better signposted or detailed on the website prior to setting out on my journey.
All in all however a great day out.

People have said the afternoon tea is good as well as breakfast so we tried Sunday lunch.
Do not waste your money. Meet n greet was sour faced, probably put out that she had got the booking incorrect, after 10 minutes we asked for a menu 15 minutes later I shouted to a member of staff and asked if we could order, at that point we were told to order at the counter, no apologies that we hadn't been told absolutely no customer care at all. The food well I do not know where to start, it was awful.
Roasties we're not fresh, gravy was like water and tasteess, veg was slightly warm and didnt look fresh. No check back, had to ask for the table to be cleared, certainly do not recommend this place at all.

I can't be there for more than 2 hours. Waste of time and money. The choo Choo train was not more than 5 minutes and rides and food are too costly. I won't recommend this to anyone who wants to entertain kids all day. If you booked a ticket online it's £10 around directly it comes £12 on your visit. Better try somewhere.

Wouldn?t recommend the fantasy farm. Nothing special or exciting for anyone. A few alpacas, 2 donkeys and some goats. The train ride was less than 5 minutes around the donkey enclosure. A funfair that had a few very basic rides (which you had to pay for) and 3 overpriced food vans for the food village. The only thing that was decent was the cafe there.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Went strawberry and raspberry picking. Was very pleasantly surprised by the pricing which I?ve found to be cheaper than other places I?ve been. Was only charged £7 all together for the 2 huge punnets.

The farm is easily accessible, the event they organized was very good, the only problem with it was that we watched it with a wind in the pouring rain. The restaurant and cafe was very perfect at the end.Especially since they also had gluten-free cakes, so even the little one who is gluten-sensitive could choose.

Had a lovely afternoon at Fantasy Farm, my children loved it! Crazy golf was brilliant, they enjoyed the mazes and the fair and the train ride around the farm and past the growing pumpkins was great, they also enjoyed seeing the animals. All the young staff were lovely and really helpful, fantastic day out ?

?fantasy farm? more like flipping farce!! What a huge disappointment. We arrived without booking online as didn?t see this would have been an issue but for some reason we were charged extra for the tickets. Online £9.50 and at the door £12.50. No mention online that this would be more expensive on the day if you just show up. Also there were two of us adults and our toddler who is still 1 years old , they still charged us for an adult ticket considering he?s only 1. I complained to the staff but unfortunately they all seemed to be college students who just needed some pocket money and actually had no idea how to handle a complaint or public in general. We walked through the dinosaur area which was there last Halloween so actually nothing new. The faces mine and my husband pulled when we walked out the dinosaurs to realise that this ?farm? had been completely advertised falsely. They had one donut stand, a burger stand and a coffee stand. A couple of bouncy slides and a small ride which you had to pay for. That was it.. it?s the middle of summer you would have thought this attraction would be absolutely massive the way they sold it to you. We came last year for the Halloween event and it was amazing and huge!!
The ?train ride? which consisted of just driving into a empty field and doing a lap was so pointless and made no sense but because it was included in the completely over priced ticket they make it seem like you should be thankful. The actual ?farm? animals .. there was a couple chickens, some poor goats in the dinosaur bit , two Donkeys and a couple alpacas.hardly a farm. We tried walking into the sunflower field but it was physically impossible as the path wasn?t exactly wide enough or even clear enough for people to walk through. We didn?t bother with the crazy / mini golf as our son is too little so I can?t comment on that. But that was it.. once you?ve done the train , that?s it. Time for home. We spent an hour before we got bored and unfortunately we then had an hours drive home. All in all , not worth your money or time unless you?re easily impressed with run down crappy things

My family and I had the misfortune of spending, i mean wasting a whole 45 minutes at the so called ?fantasy farm? before deciding that it wasn?t worth a minute longer of our time.
After a fantastic visit to their Halloween event last year we decided to give the fantasy farm a shot. Let?s just say the budget for this event was clearly spent in advertising and the banner at the entrance as once you entered there was nothing good about it! This is obviously created and run by the same people who did that Willy Wonka experience. Another flop!
Firstly tickets are more at the door which isn?t disclosed online causing people to stand there in the queue purchasing online to save £3 a ticket. Children tickets are the same as adult prices so my 18 month old was also £12.50 which is ridiculous and when questioned the whole place is run by kids which are clearly working summer jobs so you might as well have a conversation with yourself as they either don?t have the authority/knowledge to help or are not interested and don?t want to be there.
A dinosaur walkthrough which is a permanent feature so nothing new there, followed by an overgrown sunflower field that you can barely walk through, a train ride round an empty field - so much for the ? a journey filled with wonder and scenic delights!? As advertised.
As for the so called food village that consisted of a couple of basis third party food vendors I wouldn?t even bother to stop and look.
Save yourself from disappointment and don?t waste your time and money on this overpriced shambles
