Went in today after having a rubbish experience with a yodel delivery through Argos, initially Argos customer service helped on the phone - but unfortunately gave me their word, and despite promising written confirmation of a resolution they didn?t follow through. Desperately needed the delivery of a mattress for my little boy, and after being let down went down to Coalville Argos in hope that they could help. Connor the manager and another member of staff ( sorry forgot his name! ) were fab, managed to find stock of one for me and I had it in my car within 5 minutes. Customer service was top here and have never had any issues with this store, very happy with the service thank you Connor for all your help. 10/10 service!

Unprofessional Staff. Rude. Does not have any sense how to talk with customer.One of the young Staff lady just chatting on phone and does resolve customer issue, does not listen at all.

Shocking customer service. Nothing in place for manual trading. Don't place an order through this company because even if you've paid you won't be able to get your item if the systems are down. God forbid they actually use their brains!!

Small Argos store with limited stock. Hard to find popular items, but when they have something in stock, the service is fast and efficient. Be prepared to substitute items if looking for a percific topics, order online, or check online to see if they have the item you're looking for to avoid disappointment.
