Ordered 9 pizzas from this place for me and my friends that were going to download festival. They were really friendly, and the pizzas were so good even after driving them 5 minutes down the road and to the other side of a field. Imagine what they'd be like fresh. Honestly cannot fault this guys we'll definitely be back next year.
Vegetarian options: One friend was vegetarian and really enjoyed her pizza too.

We must have ordered about 20 kebabs from them. Their kebabs are good. But if you want loyalty, don't expect it. We missed an item. We live in the village. They weren't willing to deliver to us at cost price. They have now lost a regular. They treat you like their last pound. Zero loyalty. Leaves a sour taste. A.w.cooper7

PORTION SIZES AND PRICES HERE ARE A JOKE NOW! Large kebab lol it was tiny! Chips and cheese, may aswell of just ordered chips, the service is rubbish at the counter when you go inside to order, and they DONT take card payments I mean ????? been coming for years and years, I?ll go down the road and get a lot better food and quality and service from elsewhere from now on! Bring back the old staff and get a new server instead of the misery that takes your order, depressing

If I could give the service a negative number!I 100% would.DISGUSTING.Wanted to change something on my order after 10 minutes of placing it.Didnt see anything wrong with this because the food wouldn?t of been cooked.Rang up and the person on the phone lied to me saying ?the order was already out with a delivery driver and would be with me very soon,so we can?t change it?.I was so confused but didn?t really question it as it wasn?t a massive order around £30.It came to around 40 mins later.Rang them back up as I was told it was on the way and I didn?t want food that had been sitting around for ages.Got called a liar as the staff wouldn?t admit to the manager about who had spoken to me.REFUSED to let me cancel.Please just AVIOD.Dont waste ur money at all.So many better places to eat

Do NOT order from Castle Pizza. We ordered some food from there tonight, the pizza came with green spots on the dough, a weird smell and generally not a nice pizza and the kebab was so soggy it was inedible. We requested a refund, they told us we had to return the order to them (which we did) and that they would call us, no call came so we had to call them. They deemed there to be nothing wrong with the food, the person I spoke to on the phone was SO rude to me, and said that they would not give us a refund or even a partial refund. One of the reasons given was because we had eaten some of the food and so we couldn?t return it all, even though we told them the food we did eat was fine and just wanted a refund on the food we couldn?t eat (but apparently they don?t do partial refunds!) Completely unacceptable customer service and awful food.

We've been coming here for around 5 years and recently they have been missing meals out of our orders. Today was the final straw and we will never be ordering here again.We phoned up to ask them to send out the missing meal and the man on the phone was instantly defensive. He then said he packed it himself and of we look properly we will find it. He then said it was my fault we weren't getting our food because I was on the phone to him. We then asked for his name to report him for the way he was talking to us and he refused multiple times. So in an 8 min call, I was called a liar, told it was my own fault, accused of blackmailing when asking for a refund, and told I wasn't allowed to complain.Would not recommend here at all! Customer service is shocking

Great pizza loved it, one down side is you can't pay by card but it is what it is.Definitely would go back next Time I'm round the area.Thanks guys
