“Treatment was fantastic. Venue is good. The only thing that let it down was lack of communication from staff which is a shame. We were left on 2 occasions without being told what was happening. Perhaps an idea to explain when people arrive what will happen and then when they return to reception following treatment guide them to the cafe if they have a table booked to make them feel more looked after. Other than that nice experience”
