This is the worse GP. Everybody who works here are useless. They don't care about you, about your health condition. They answer to you: "call us tomorrow or call us if you feel worse". Is this the treatment a GP healthcare should give you? Why are you working there if you don't care about our health? I think they care about their pay and that's it. Shame to all of who are working over there. You don't deserve this job.

Lady on prescription desk on Friday 27th Nov, was not only charming but exceptionally helpful and understanding., despite me saying I had drugs all around the house! Sense of humour and delightful attitude, a credit to the practice.

Really rude receptionist! She doesn?t care about the patients! All receptionists are very rude and do not want to help patients! 1 star is being very very generous! By her tone of voice you could tell she didn?t care about her job or patients! Absolutely disgusting service!

It's like they only allow cold rude people to work there.Oh and the one person they employ who has the ability to accept samples brought in by patients only seems to work 3hrs a day. So if you're a normal functioning member of society who goes to work full time you won't be able to drop any samples off because by the time you finish work they've already been at home for six hours ?

I wish I could give them 0 starts because what the absolute heck. Customer Service is definitely something they do not specialise in. A rude tone, making me repeat the same thing several times because they are ?confused?. Like cmon.. you guys are supposed to be responsible and polite but I can see this isn?t the case for this medical centre.

I would like to thank Lisa the receptionist who was so helpful and kind and went the extra mile when I called in with regards to my mother who was unwell.Dr Patel who saw my mother put her at ease, attentively listened to our concerns and was so compassionate in his approach. We truly appreciate this, thank you.

What is the point this surgery needs a wake up call they don't even answer the phone no 1in que for 32 mins still no 1 then cut off tried again from no 3 I might as well go in while being on the phone to see why i can't get through. So we have only 5 mins to see doctors I'm sure it only takes 5 mins to book an appointment or 5 mins to book someone in. Prescription are done @ another counter so I'm guessing they have no staff.

I have used this surgery for 30 years and never had anything other than support and positive experiences. All Drs are busy but they do the best they can and I have never not been able to get an appointment. My Dr has always been supportive and I trust him completely.

Absolutely ridiculous to wait this long on a phone call to just book an appointment, it is shocking and unacceptable customer service to not want to pick up the phone or I don?t know for what reason this is happening.

Some of the staff at okay but they make it as difficult as possible to contact them: no email, letters hand delivered not answered, no email, just one phone line thar takes forever to get answered.

When I tried to sign up after moving to the area I phoned up to ask if this was the right surgery and the receptionist said she didn't know as the map was "upstairs" and she suggested I Googled it! I would laugh but I actually need a GP surgery.
