Came in to try the 2 x course menu as it offers really good value, once again we were not disappointed, young waitess looked after us called Evie she was very attentive & nothing was too much trouble, food was amazing, have to say was banging, we come to birstall & white Rose regularly & cany fault one thing.

Food was pretty good, service was presant but nothing special, it was someone's birthday and they got sang to and the claps but you could tell the staff wanted to be anywhere but there, pretty poor tbh, on personal preference the normal coke isn't on the bottomless drinks ( joke tbh), they ran out of blackcurrant cordial (realy), aparently they don't sell tea's or coffee, they got rid of the share starter platter which was perfect as it had a bit of multiple starters now the new one is chicken and more expencive and to top it off when the bill arrived it was from a different table, and when the server realised there was no tip the service went from poor to non existent and silent

We went on New Year?s Eve to celebrate my granddaughter?s birthday the food and service was excellent Thank you. Our waitress Dannie made our visit extra special.

The atmosphere and the staff are great but the prices are laughable.
Over £20 for some frozen chicken strips and chips. Near enough £10 for a few mozzarella dippers. Ripping people off

Works Christmas Lunch, 8 people served at same time, all food came out together, waitress very attentive too, never had to ask for refills.

Absolutely banging food , service was great very quick and friendly staff,we had a wowcher and 5 of us ate starter, main, and cocktail less then 85quid .highly reccomend.

There was a little pack of puzzles and crayons on arrival which kept the little one entertained while waiting and the food was very quick. We had asked for things to be left out of our child's meal which were left in and the crispy bacon was left out of one meal in error . Some was brought on a side plate but it had never seen crispy. One meal was also quite cold. The staff insisted on replacing it and it was definitely better hot. But overall the food was just too average for the price tag. It had the muted flavours of mass preparation in advance. At over £20 for a burger there are definitely tastier ways to spend your money.

Sat waiting for ages to be served in a empty restaurant , the girls was more interested in following each other around like lost sheep rather than take orders, eventually served, food came was really nice but crazy prices, asked for refill on drink told 2 min , 20 min asked for bill an refill of drink , got eyes rolled at us like we had asked for some thing out of ordinary not to refill the refillable drink,
Won't bother going there again, Prices was ridiculous for what it was an service was beyond poor

It didn't start well really. Asked for a table for five in a half empty restaurant only to be told there were no tables available. Left. Booked a table for five for ten minutes later and went back in. Same person told us there were no servers on that side of the restaurant but found us a table anyway.
We ordered food and an hour later it showed up.
Charred (burnt) and gristly steak. 2 onions rings, a slither of wilted lettuce and four tomatoes along with chips equals a £29 new York strip. The entire bill for three adults and two kids all mains only came to £163. Didn't realize at the time but many of the things on the bill didn't correspond to the prices on the menu. For example the new York strip could have king prawns added for £6 but we were charged £10 for each portion. That's four prawns to a portion btw. Milkshakes just short of £8 each.
Overall the food was tasty but it was nowhere near worth the price we paid and to top it off there was a very rowdy bunch of Halloween dressed women climbing on the seats and falling over while none of the staff intervened.
