I tried to put adblue in my car this morning using the hgv adblue pump. I was told by a lady cleaning the pumps that under no circumstances was I allowed to use this pump. Why is this?

So just you know they won't allow you to use ad blue pump and force you to buy the stupid plastic containers and create unnecessary waste, unless you turn up in the lorry. I was in a van. Spoke to manger and she seems adamant this is company policy. So either no other shell stations are enforcing it, as we as a company with fleet of vans are using it all over the country, or the manager just made it up on the spot. Beware

On 28.7.24 at 11.10am I went with my daughter to buy two items from the hot food counter inside the waitrose shop. The man working there studiously ignored us for a while with his back to us. Eventually he turned around and barked "it's self service!" at us and turned his back again. One of the items needed to be heated up, so obviously he needed to do that but as he wasnt interested, we went to pay as he made it clear he was not going to serve us himself.
The polite young man on the garage till asked is we wanted it heated up and asked the older man to do so. He was blatantly put out that he should have to do this and again, turned his back on us and banged it into the oven. At no point did he smile or speak politely. This is a prime example of how not to provide customer service and left us with an appaling opinion of the services.

I was at the petrol station at about 01:15am Saturday early hour - 13th April, the staffs were no where to be found for almost 8 minutes, I was waiting by the pump, there was no one to authorise /start the dispenser to allow me get fuel into my car, most annoying was the lady on shift, she came onto the shop floor with a trolley, she saw me , I was beeping my car horn so loud , the sliding store doors were left wide open , she couldn't have claimed she didn't see me nor didn't hear the loud horn, she ignored and would rather carry on with her trolley filled with milk, it was so annoying, eventually a gentleman came unto the till, and he signalled to me to move to pump 4 , I told him.my experience and I made it clear I would be reporting the ugly behaviour to Shell, she asked if the lady actually saw me to which I replied yes , she doesn't deserve to be in the customer service role, so disgusting as an ambassador of Shell.

Great Shell garage and use a couple of times a week to fill up the car. Always use the app and never had any issues so it?s a really quick way to fuel up. The Little Waitrose is well stocked and open 24hr so it?s worth noting if you need an emergency bottle of milk or wine. Staff are very friendly and the whole station is well maintained.

Often come here to fill the car up with fuel, staff are always pleasant and the on site shop is especially handy. Highly recommend

Been going here 2 or 3 times a week for over a year. The staff are polite and freindly. Also the toilets are very clean.
