Attended on Monday to withdraw some cash, but asked for it in £50 - Was told insufficient amount at the bank, but that they'll order it in for me. Agreed they'll have it on Wednesday. My details were left with the female cashier.I attend on Wednesday expecting that there would be £50 cash notes available for me to withdraw as we agreed this on Monday, and also brought my ID as I was instructed to do so on Monday..Female cashier again, denies any knowledge and states they haven't got any £50 notes in stock.When I told her they were meant to be ordered in, she denied any £50 notes were delivered and that isn't how it works.Poor service - No apology - Complete denial and zero interest in finding a solution to the problem.Looking at leaving Nationwide now and pay my monthly fees to another bank for a greater level of services.

Very unhelpful staff. After a long wait in the queue, we were told to wait further for the other till to complete. As we had limited time, I ask if she could quickly ask her colleague for an estimated time. She refused to do this, so we had to leave.

Very clean bank. Most of the time busy, and people taking in the till too long. Waiting time is too much as only two tills and most of the inquiry has been handled in the till booths. Its very local bank, so always need to expect delays when you go there.

Was treated incredibly rudely today after coming in with a concern that had happened before and was easily rectified over the phone, but on this occasion, I figured it would be easier to go in as ot was on my way home from work. The woman who served me refused to listen to a word I was trying to say, making me look and sound stupid and simply dismissed me and told me to call in for customer support instead! I couldn't believe how rude this woman was. If she is there the next time I have to make a visit, then I will refuse to be served by her.

Good local bank would rate 5 stars... But after my visit today I do worry the current pandemic is having a massive impact to Nationwide customers inprticular (need a huge I.T infrastructure upgrade....No cheque's via online only via branch and post...!) A major downfall of this bank... Back onto my visit I was appauled to see a que of 6/7 elderly customers waiting to go into the branch... Understanding of pandemic... But you open this certain branch for 3/4 days a week for 3/4 hours a day maximum...? Bare in mind that this que is needed because the it infrastructure isn't there... Yes they do have a cheque paying in machine in the wall, but only after speaking to an advisor who came out to speak to the que of people waiting... To advise a elderly gentleman walked out of the bank being told to use the outside cash machine (are you serious it's freezing outside)! No respect for the customers who use there services!

After a visit today I was appalled by the Manor of the staff today being a customer for years I was very disappointed with my service today some staff need to learn how to be polite and talk to customers in the correct manner
