Brought an expensive potting shed from Bentleys.Door doesn't shut properly, split on one of the panels and the window was left open when they built it - why because it doesn't shut properly either. Despite making several attempts (we can see the holes they have left trying) the latch doesn't line up with the window handle. 2 months on, several calls, we are still waiting for it to be addressed. Went expensive hoping for quality - never again.

Well Bentleys what can we say, we are so thrilled with our Garden Room we purchased from you, which was built in July 2023. Great advice from the Office Team, so helpful and knowledgeable. The workforce was second to none, so many thanks to Chris and Luke(initial build), Martin and Tim Electricians, Dean and George Plasterers, Luke for final finishes, Richard for the decorating. All highly professional, friendly and polite. So Bentleys we can't praise you enough for the excellent workmanship and very competitive price for our super room. Thank you Brian and Glen

Worst customer experience I've ever received. If I could give 0 I would. All Is well until you complain. We had a bentleys own garden building. Holes ,silicone wrong installation of roof meaning that roof warranty isn't covered. Argument after Argument even though we had all sufficient evidence to back us up. Still wasn't having Any of it. Very nasty attitude toward me from Tim throughout the complaint and Chris was so rude. Could never get to speak to owner to discuss the matter. After a huge phone argument with tim after expressing my customer rights we started to get somewhere and finally had a response via email from iain Bentley saying they would fix the roof. I then responded with agreement with the conditions that I would have the roof formerly inspected after. He then responded that they could not agree to that and refunded us after removal of building. On removing again Chris was rude and they left afterwards with no say out the garage we didn't even know they left but leaving us with long screws and pins all over my garden which they couldn't be bothered to pick up and tidy away. By 5pm 4 hours later still no refund ( 12k) so had to chase again with Tim which we had sarcy comments about. Finally we had the refund.So shocked as never expected it would be like this from this local company. It was for my business which has now been greatly affected and stressful.

Very poor experience. After waiting 12 for shed that was promised in 8 weeks, had a blazing row and demanded money back. Angry does not even describe how I feel about this shocking lack of customer care.

We have just had a new greenhouse from Bentley. Delivery was exactly when they said and the fitting was excellent. We would certainly use them again.

Had a visit was prepared to spend over 8 k, the chap that turned up to measure up had no pen and paper!! I had to provide that!!He kept saying it was going to be expensive as if to think I couldn?t afford the work!!No quote was sent so they obviously didn?t want the business!!I?ve now had a more positive quote for the work and wasn?t pressured to commit on day of visit!Be careful and shop about?

Love love my new summerhouse, waited an age for it but was worth the wait, it?s amazing, fully insulated, Painted to perfection, it?s great. My own little office away from the house, would recommend to anyone looking at buying one.

We went here to get a 8x12 shed. We ended up getting a workshop because we were so impressed with the quality.The chap on the showroom floor was brilliant very knowledgeable and genuine. However the good experience stopped when we came to order the workshop. We had to keep on correcting the salesman behind the desk on what we wanted as he kept writing down the wrong thing. We ordered an extra which was a canopy over the front of the workshop.Fitting day finally came and we were very excited to see it go in only to find out that the canopy hadn't been added on when it was clearly visible on the order!It was a very bitter sweet experience as we love the quality of the workshop and the fitters had excellent customer service but the office staff had unacceptable customer service to be quite honest. They kept trying to shift the blame onto us. We paid a small fortune to Bentley's for our workshop which we love but the customer service in the office was frankly shocking and after paying the price tag we did we didn't end up with the spec we wanted because of their incompetence. Ended up having a refund for the canopy.Will not be returning here or recommending friends and family which is such a shame because the quality is second to none.5* workshop quality1* customer service

I bought some sliding wall glass doors from Bentleys about 3 months ago, when they arrived the frame head piece was damaged (the forks on a forklift scratched the part when shipped) I sent them pics straight away to prove this and they said they would send me out some touch up paint!! That was the easier option than asking for a new one! And months later still no paint! Even after asking on numerous occasions!! Very disappointing especially after I did them a favour in not asking for a new part and trying to repair it myself!!

In difficult times when the whole world has gone mad, and the supply chain has become fractured, it?s inevitable that problems occur. I?ve always believed that the mark of a really good company is not that they have zero issues, it?s how they deal with the problems and resolve them. In that regard, Iain, Carla, and the fitters Neil and Lee have done their best to meet our timelines and requirements. Really excellent team, and I would recommend this company to anyone needing their help.

I placed an online query through the website to order a shed and got a phone call within 24 hours from Iain. An appointment was booked for the next week and James arrived on time on the 13th May. I was unfortunately stuck at work but spoke to him over the phone whilst he was on site about requirements.Unfortunately, this is where the problems started.There wasn?t an initial information gathering process which should have included things like budget, timeframe, potential use of shed etc.James came back to me after a week (20th May) with a quote for a workshop which was 25% over my expected budget for the job. Not only this, but it wasn?t clear from the email the total cost for the job and therefore this had to be clarified.There were then a few emails sent back and forth about trying to get a product within my price range. We were actually getting somewhere with a shed and price range. The final email I received was on the 24th May...but then the emails stopped and James wouldn?t reply to missed phone calls or text messages.As a last ditch attempt I sent another online enquiry on Friday 29th May and got an email back from Iain apologising and advising that he will get James to call me today (30th May). There was no phone call.I liked the look of the shed we agreed on but if having to chase to place an order and verify specifications then this doesn?t reflect good on the company. I appreciate that given the current COVID-19 situation that things may be difficult but for a customer to have to chase to place an order is never going to be good for business.Since then, I have spoken to another company who walked me though all the options of budget, sizes, types of finishes, wood treatments, base options, door and window options, flooring, roofing, locks and additional products like window boxes, internal shelves etc. Within an hour I was able to get the right shed for me, at the right price and it was a far more thorough and enjoyable experience.Definitely not impressed with the customer service provided by Bentley Garden Buildings. I cannot comment on the product themselves as never saw them.

Never again will I use Bentleys after being promised by Tim of an 8-9 week delivery and after spending £4600 it took 18 weeks to get my summer house I spoke with the manufacturer and they told me Bentley lied to me.I had my summer house delivered today and I cannot close the doors it seems like entleys are just after your money and don?t care about the service or after service I full recommend don?t use them
