The lads were very professional, friendly, helpful, efficient, polite and courteous They removed their shoes without being asked. Nothing was an issue and they completed the install in less than 20mins.

Ordering and delivery no issues. On final examination, small mark noticed in small area of matress.Photos taken by delivery team and sent back to head office, within 2 hours informed new matress had been ordered and would arrive within 2 weeks. Superb service.

Great experience from start to finish. The sales team went out of their way to make sure we had the mattress for our needs, no pressure. When we left the back office kept us up to date with progress by email, sending reminders etc. Prior to the agreed delivery date we were contacted by SMS giving us a two hour time slot. On the day we got a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. The two delivery men were helpful and courteous and took away all packaging.

Lena, the store person who dealt with us was absolutely phenomenal. We tried dreams and bensons and the experience lena gave us was the only reason we made the sale as dreams was cheaper. I really don't like the footfall counter as we had 4 children and spending 2 hours choosing the right bed took its toll on them and they couldn't really go outside as this would count as footfall. Infact thinking about it, it's pretty ridiculous to be honest and the fact it counted my footfall comparing dreams to bensons also counted. We can't wait for our furniture to arrive.

Craig was very knowledgeable without being the pushy salesman. We genuinely felt he was invested in us and not the sale. He offered the sleep match and we are so glad we did it. We thought we knew what we were looking for but we clearly didn't! Craig was so supportive and advised us accordingly, giving us so many options within our budget. We walked away with 2 mattresses. All of the staff in store were lovely and super helpful. They allowed us to look at beds without us feeling like they were being pushy or watching over us which does happen in some showrooms. Craig helped us with our purchase and he was fab! Really nice and friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. I found a discount code online and mentioned this to Craig. He was able to beat that discount code as we were purchasing in store so I highly recommend going in store to make your purchase! It also helps to keep the showrooms open. In my opinion it?s always best to see furniture in person so we need to keep the shops open!
