I had the wonderful misfortune of snapping my Ford ranger key in the ignition and was stuck, even better my partner was needing to go to the hospital to be induced (don?t do things by halves) the guy who works Saturdays and Mondays not sure on name, helped me so much, he was stacked out with work and still went out his way to make mine a priority this is most likely the first and last review I do , being in my 20s . But credit where credit is due , I will strongly recommend him and the company to anyone !

Popped into this branch on Tuesday last I have to say I wish there were more businesses run as well as this one when you walk in they don?t see you as a cash cow but as a customer I had a couple of things to get sort the guy in there worked it all out so I didn?t over pay wished I?d got his name top service can?t recommend this branch highly enough I give them 5??

First class customer service received today. I attended to have my newly purchased Longines master moonphase watch bracelet adjusted as other jewellers were closed. Initially I was nervous to use Timpson in Ashby to adjust a watch worth a few thousand pounds but all this worry was misplaced. Superb handling, care and attention to detail provided by the chap. Very satisfied customer and will use again for the rest of my collection.
