Called in with a local cycling group paid 10.80 for baked potato/beans /cup of tea gave the assistant 15.00 pounds I was given 1.20 change now that’s what I call greedy profit .

was eating in the restaurant and overheard the what seemed like a manager being extremely rude and arrogant towards a young girl and her family, will not be returning, not a way to speak to people, I think it was disgusting!!!

Although is says Dogs Allowed and Dogs Allowed Outside, this is not correct. Dogs are not welcome inside.
The Courtyard cafe is an independent Family-run business in the heart of Ashby-de-la-Zouch. We are located between LOROS and the air ambulance charity shops on market street. We are accessed through a gateway which takes you into our secluded spot just off the main road.
We serve a large variety of homemade dishes ranging from breakfasts, main meals, (burgers, pies, steak baguettes, lasagne, omelettes etc) to lighter bites such as toasties and sandwiches. We have a large selection of gluten free options plus vegetarian and vegan dishes too.
We also have a large selection of homemade cakes, scones and desserts. We pride ourselves on excellent, genuine, friendly service and we look forward to meeting you.
