I regularly attend the Superdrug in Ashby and I just wanted to say what an incredible asset Cameron is to the company. Every time I go he?s always so friendly, attentive, and polite to every customer and always makes it a pleasure to shop there rather than go to another competitor down the road! I hope that management recognises his hard work because his customer service is excellent!

Twice this week I have been served by Rayne. She is so helpful, patient and polite. Today a very large queue formed while she was busy serving me. She didn't get flustered, she carried on being lovely, whilst busy serving me. I don't understand why on a Saturday lunchtime a member of staff is just stood doing nothing on the first aisle when there is one girl serving behind the counter and has a queue a mile long. No-one came to help her... well done Rayne and thank you for your help.

Always has a good choice of cosmetic and toiletry products also at competitive prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Having been to the shop for an item we left a small magnifying glass on the shelf, we rang the next day and they had put it to one side so we were able to pick it up the next day, so many thanks to the staff for saving a much treasured heirloom.

I had the pleasure to be served by Sadie yesterday. What a pleasure it was to served by such a knowledgeable and pleasant assistant. I was advised of what was on offer. She made the whole experience a pleasure. A credit to Superdrug.

It's a reasonable sized shop with enough choice. Departments include cosmetics, feminine hygiene, toiletries, slimming aids, vitamins, suncream, birth control aids, hair products. They are currently starting sell and display Christmas gifts.On ground floor level, so suitable for disabled people and parents with pushchairs. Car parking is very limited outside the shop, however there are numerous car parks in the area, which are pay and display.There aren't any customer toilets, but Ashby has numerous pubs and restaurants and public toilets within a few metres.

Following the outstanding customer service my daughter and I received yesterday I felt it only right to give the store a review. We found everything we were looking for and more after the lady at the till informed us of some offers we were missing out on! Great up selling!
