I went into Specsavers as my glasses are scratched and needed to upgrade. Lynn was unbelievably helpful (and truthful thankfully) as I needed an opinion on a change in glasses. Very personable and I can't recommend her highly enough. I took a friend with me who was collecting hers and I didn't need her after all. Dani was also helpful and efficient when I collected them a week later. Super efficient and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good efficient service, and had a great offer on glasses when I visited the store. I paid for my glasses all up front, only downside I don?t think they have option to spread the payments which some other opticians do.

We Visited Ashby Specsavers approx two weeks ago to choose glasses and were assisted expertly by Lara. Lara was very Personable, easy to talk to, Knowledgeable, and Patient as we chose a new frame. We have collected the Glasses today (August 21st) today we saw Nikki, whom carried on the trend from our first visit. Nikki again was very Personable, easy to talk to, and Patience today when tweaking the new glasses. The visit to Ashby Specsavers was enjoyable, and memorable, the branch is busy but Staff are Vigilant and attend Promptly. Thank you.

I had a great experience at specsavers Ashby-De-La-Zouch from my eye test by Maya and spectacle dispense from Byron and at the collection day from Daisy. They were all very experienced and very welcoming and polite. Excellent

Brilliant service as always from the team! On my most recent visit I was looked after by Kully and Danielle, both of which were brilliant. The store was clean and welcoming. The whole process of getting my eyes checked, choosing and collecting my glasses was seamless. Highly recommend this branch

I've used specsavers for eye tests for about 25 years. I booked myself a hearing test as I've had concerns about my hearing. I had a hearing screening test at specsavers which indicated I needed a full hearing test, so a full hearing test was booked. I was supposed to have the hearing test on sunday, I just received a phonecall from either the audiologist or one of their advisors, they asked why I'd booked a hearing test as I'm only in my 30's and not elderly, they then asked if I realised they were a private company (of course I know this). They were incredibly rude and patronising down the phone, so I just cancelled the hearing test and I'll go elsewhere for both eye tests and a hearing test in the future.
