Anyone with a desire to care for others should consider joining Prestige Nursing & Care. Over the past month I have learned that it doesn?t matter what your experience level is - with the right support, a positive mindset, being open to learn and demonstrating an engaging personality, you will go far.From the initial interview process, through to the virtual training and being out in the field alone for the first time, the support from the branch has been present at all times. So much so that all those usual new job jitters were put at ease quickly, because immediately you know the team at the branch wants you to succeed as much as you do in yourself. Everyone is approachable and seeing them out in the field too is reassurance that all the carers and clients are given the best support possible.The shadow shifts and double up calls have been a great learning opportunity to get to know the other carers and feel the confidence boost of knowing everything you are doing with them is correct and that they trust you. Eventually the early nerves passed and already with the repetition of familiar clients and bonding with the team, I feel assured in my ability to help others and the joy it brings my day receiving a compliment for the simple things we all take for granted. Each person matters and it makes every new experience enjoyable as you know you wouldn?t be invited to spend time with that client unless they trusted you to be.

I have been working for this company for the past 4+ years and I've never looked back starting my career in Care. The staff are always willing to support each other while also providing the best possible training, avaliablity and potential for personal growth.I normally have enough hours of work to support myself while also having a happy balance between work and home life. The work is very rewarding and gives you a new view in life. I'm very happy with what I do and if you, the reader, are debating a position with Prestige Nursing, you will be very welcomed.

We have a fantastic team from Prestige that provides "complex" care for my 20-year-old son. They have established a wonderful rapport with him and provide a very high and competent level of meeting all care needs, feeds, medication and personal care. The team gives my son regular trips out which he enjoys. He is also constantly treated with dignity and respect, as an individual! I know that he enjoys and looks forward to his time with his "team" which is also a comfort to me!ReadOverall

Working for Prestige nursing and care is the most rewarding job ever.The office staff are all so lovely and very supportive, they are always on board with any issues you may have.Carers are all very friendly and support each other to give 100% to the lovely clients.I would highly recommend working for Prestige nursing and care.

This care provider is outstanding the level of care provided is exceptionally good.There is a family feel amongst the care team and branch staff they could not be any more supportive whilst upholding professional boundaries. The care provided to the clients is second to none.They ensure clients needs are met to a high standard. The training the staff go through is evident in the care they provide. They make a positive difference to so many people in their care.The branch team go above and beyond to ensure that care calls are covered. They seek the support of services such as OT's,GP's,District nurses to ensure clients are provided with the care,equipment,treatment they need quickly.It is a wonderful company to work for on every level but more importantly one I would trust to care for my own loved ones.
